Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes for pediatric and adult clients in the Los Angeles area.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care per orders, monitor vital signs, document health data, and collaborate with families to support safe, effective home-based treatment.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in the state of California.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray on file.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
