Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in home settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, document nursing diagnoses, and deliver services per orders, focusing on quality and compassionate care.

You should hold an LPN/LVN license, maintain BLS certification, and have TB or Chest X-Ray clearance; one year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Valid BLS certification and TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Preferably one year of professional nursing experience.
