Job summary

Hinds LifeCare seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our home-based hospice team in California's Central Valley. You will deliver compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of an RN or Director of Hospice Homecare Operations.

We offer a generous benefits package and flexible shifts, including a Thursday–Saturday evening cycle. Prior hospice or acute care experience is preferred; a valid CA LVN license and driving readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Licensed Vocational Nursing Education Program.
• Current LVN license and CPR.
• TB, Tdap, MMR, Varicella and HepB immunizations up to date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to homebound patients under RN direction.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Ability to drive to patient homes and work flexible evenings.
