Job summary
Carlton Senior Living in Sacramento, CA is seeking an LVN to join our team and provide direct nursing care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. This role emphasizes compassion, accuracy, and adherence to state regulations.

Qualifications
- Must have current nursing license and be in good standing.
- Age minimum of 18 years old per Title 22.
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and administer medications and treatments to residents.
- Monitor residents' health, vital signs, and behavior; report changes promptly.
- Assist in developing and updating Personal Service Plans with the care team.
- Perform medical tasks such as wound care, catheter care, oxygen, and injections as permitted.
- supervise and monitor medication administration, including narcotics counts and storage.
- Respond to emergencies and communicate with families and team members.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
- Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention.
