Job summary

Eureka-Rehabilitation- is seeking an LVN Staff Nurse to deliver nursing care in a long-term care setting under RN supervision. The role emphasizes adherence to care plans, accurate documentation, and effective communication with residents and families.

Starting wage is $32.00 per hour with increases based on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires. NOC shift available; candidates must hold an active California LVN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or an approved LVN program.
• Current nursing licensure in good standing with the State licensing board.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide quality patient care within standards and procedures.
• Ability to identify and report problems with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care as prescribed by physician within scope of practice and standards.
• Delivers care to support residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well‑being.
• Admits, transfers, and discharges residents per policy.
• Conducts daily resident rounds to monitor status and progress.
• Records care information accurately in the medical record.
