Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking an LVN/LPT Manager to supervise nursing staff on a designated shift, plan and assess clinical and administrative activities, and oversee a multidisciplinary team. The role involves directing care, assigning staff, and delivering recovery-focused med administration under physician orders.

The position features full-time AM shifts (7:00 AM – 11:00 PM) with geographic pay differentials and a wage range of $36.85–$45.48 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Two years of LVN/LPT/LPN experience in health care environment.
• One year of supervisory experience. Completion of Telecare Supervisory training within 12 months in lieu of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPI certification on date of employment or within 60 days and maintain certification.
• Post-offer physical, background checks, and other requirements may apply.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The LVN/LPT Manager implements and supervises assigned position(s) within the nursing department on their designated shift. Under general supervision, provides program planning development, review, and assessment of clinical and administrative activities; uses critical thinking and independent judgement to direct, coordinate, and supervise an assigned multidisciplinary team; assigns direct report employees to work with clients according to client needs and the skills and strengths of individual team members. Provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications), as prescribed by the physician.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | AM | Shifts: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM| Days: Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $36.85 - $45.48. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Two (2) years of LVN/LPT/LPN experience in health care environment.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience. Completion of Telecare assigned Supervisory training within 12 months in lieu of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
