Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a part-time supervisor (LVN/LPT) to oversee recovery-focused services and the safe administration of medications at Villa Fairmont MHRC. You will collaborate with behavioral health specialists and other licensed staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements include LVN/LPT graduation with licensure, CPR/BLS, CPI and First Aid certifications, plus supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an LVN or LPT program with current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate is required.
• Two years LVN/LPT experience in health care environment.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR, CPI, and First Aid certification on date of employment or within 60 days.
• Post-offer physicals, TB tests, background clearances, and license verification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-focused services and administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Supervise and coordinate care with other LVNs/LPTs and behavioral health staff.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

This supervisory position provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Behavioral Health Specialists and LVNs/LPTs.

Shifts Available:

Part-Time 0.6 | PM | Shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | Days: Friday - Sunday

Expected starting wage range is $34.43 - $42.52. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certificate
• Two (2) years of LVN/LPT experience in health care environment
• One (1) year of supervisory experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
