Job summary

Crestwood Eureka is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care standards, guiding non-licensed staff on the unit. The role includes supervising a care team within a mental health setting.

Full-Time NOC schedule (Fri–Sun, 12-hour shifts) with benefits such as medical/dental/vision, life insurance, vacation, 401(k), and more. California LVN/LPT licensure and CPR/first aid are required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
• Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
• Ability to supervise.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications.

Schedule:

• Full-Time: NOC (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 12 hour shifts)

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$32 - $35 USD
