Crestwood Eureka is seeking an LVN or LPT to deliver direct nursing care per physician orders in a behavioral health setting. The role includes supervising non-licensed staff and ensuring high-quality client care within the unit.

The position is full-time with a NOC schedule (Fri, Sat, Sun; 12-hour shifts) and requires California licensure, CPR/First Aid, and experience in mental health nursing is preferred. Crestwood offers comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Title:

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT)

Job Duties:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides direct nursing care to the clients according to physicians’ orders and applicable client care standards, within their scope of practice. The nurse will provide direction to non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operating the unit.

Schedule:

• Full-Time: NOC (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 12 hour shifts)

Qualifications:

• Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
• Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
• Ability to supervise.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate’s skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$32—$35 USD
