Tryfacta, Inc. is seeking an LVN-LPN Urgent Care clinician for a 13-week contract in Playa Vista, CA 90094. The role requires 1 year Urgent Care/ER experience and 2 years outpatient experience. Work schedule is Day Shift—4×10 hours with a pay rate of $35 Local and $45/hr Travelling.

Qualifications include valid CA LVN license, IV certification, BLS, and Epic charting experience. Flu vaccination is required. Equal opportunity employer.

• Valid California IV certification.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• IV therapy and blood withdrawal/phlebotomy experience.
• Epic charting experience.
• Flu vaccination required; exemptions and declinations not accepted.
• Ability to float as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and oxygen as ordered.
• Perform IV starts, phlebotomy, and blood glucose testing.
• Assist with wound care, cast care, EKGs, and catheter insertion.
• Perform telephone triage and medication reconciliation.
• Follow infection control, isolation, and PPE protocols.
• Support urgent care treatment for acute illnesses, injuries, and multiple diagnoses.
