Job summary

Tryfacta, Inc. is seeking an LVN/LPN for an outpatient clinic assignment in Marina del Rey, CA 90292. This is a 13-week contract with a day shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), 40 hours per week, and a pay rate of $45.00 to $48.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting with outpatient procedures, phlebotomy, IV therapy, vital signs, EKGs, and documentation. California LVN license and BLS required. Additional notes specify no travel, no weekend or on-call requirements, and references from supervisors

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinic experience.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC only).
• Valid California IV certification and blood withdrawal certification.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Flu vaccination required; no declinations or exemptions accepted.
• Two supervisor-level references from within the past year of employment required at submission.
• Maximum 7 days of RTO; no RTO during the first two weeks.
• No scheduling requests can be accommodated.

• Administer medications and provide oxygen support as required.
• Perform phlebotomy, IV therapy, and blood glucose testing.
• Monitor vital signs and perform 12-lead EKG/ECG procedures.
• Assist with Foley catheter insertion and clean-catch urine collection.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medication reconciliation.
