Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greater Indiana North is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide nursing care under RN supervision on our unit.

The role requires current LPN/LVN licensure (state or compact) and a current BLS certification, with AHA approval within 90 days of employment; IV certification may be required by state regulations. One year of inpatient experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification current and AHA-approved within 90 days of employment.
• IV certification within 90 days if required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care under the direction of an RN on the unit.
• Gather and report data as required.
• Carry out orders and perform therapeutic procedures as directed.
• Deliver patient care in an age- and population-appropriate manner.
