Job summary

BuzzClan is hiring LVN/LPNs to provide skilled nursing care in a supported living facility. You will administer meds, monitor health, and maintain medical records while coordinating with the healthcare team.

The role requires a valid Texas LVN license or NLC eligibility, CPR certification, and ability to handle documentation and emergencies accurately. Prior IDD or psychiatric care experience is preferred; COVID testing is provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas LVN license or eligible multi-state license through NLC.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification.
• Negative PPD test within the last 12 months.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain accurate documentation.
• Must pass drug screening, background checks, and FBI fingerprinting.
• Negative COVID-19 test required; testing provided by the facility.

NOW HIRING: LVN/LPN – Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse / Direct Hire

For Gov/state Department / Direct Client

Contract: Minimum 6 months with all possible extensions

Schedule: 40 hours/week, 5 days/week, rotating schedule with every third weekend off
