Job summary

Netpace Inc is seeking an experienced Home Health Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide patient care in the Norfolk, VA area. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with 5-8 home visits per day.

Requirements include an active VA LPN/LVN license, BLS/CPR certification, at least 1 year in home health or hospice, recent HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience, and willingness to travel within the territory. Travel within the assigned territory is required and compensation includes mileage reimbursement.
