Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) Managed Care is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our Smith Unit team in Lamesa, TX. LVNs will provide safe, compassionate care within a correctional healthcare setting as part of a multidisciplinary team.

We offer rotating 12-hour shifts (4 on/4 off) with onboarding of approximately 3 months, structured training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, TRS retirement, paid holidays

Qualifications

• Current LVN License in TX or ability to transfer within 120 days.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• NCLEX-PN required for new graduates on first attempt.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, compassionate care as part of a correctional healthcare team.
• Engage in daily patient care, emergency response and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts (4 on/4 off) at the Smith Unit.
