Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) Managed Care is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team at the Smith Unit in Lamesa, TX. LVNs provide compassionate, competent care within a correctional healthcare setting as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include Texas LVN license or transfer, CPR certification, graduation from an accredited program, and NCLEX-PN on first attempt for new grads.

Competitive Pay - Earn a strong salary plus shift differential:

• Weekend Differential: +$3/hr on weekend days

Qualifications

Current Vocational Nurse License in the State of Texas, or ability to transfer license to Texas, or scheduled to complete a program of vocational nursing within 120 days of applying for a position . Current CPR certification. Graduated from an approved accredited nursing program. New graduates must pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX- PN) on the first attempt.
