Home Health Expectations and Duties:

You will provide Home Health Visits to patients in their homes, including follow-up visits for those with home health needs. Training and benefits are available.

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is a healthcare team member who provides skilled nursing care and prescribed medical treatment to patients, in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in California. The LVN works under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing nursing care within the scope of LVN practice
• Gathering patient data relevant to individual needs
• Assisting RN with patient and family education
• Providing basic medical care such as changing bandages, administering medication, and collecting specimens
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety through bathing, feeding, and dressing assistance
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to supervisor

Qualifications:
