Seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for our home health team. Join a leader in California Home Health Services! We have open positions, including per-diem opportunities for LVNs.

Home Health Expectations and Duties:

You will be providing home health visits to patients in their homes, including follow-up visits for those with home health needs. Training and benefits are available.

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is a professional member of the healthcare team who provides skilled nursing care and prescribed medical treatment to patients in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act in California. The LVN works under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician. Other duties include:

• Providing nursing care within the scope of LVN practice
• Gathering data relevant to the patient’s needs
• Assisting RN in patient and family education
• Providing basic medical care such as changing bandages, administering medication, and collecting specimens
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient’s condition to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Active LVN license in California
• At least one year of clinical experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
