Job summary

Scripps Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse for our Torrey Pines location in San Diego. This full-time position (80 hours per pay period) features rotating day shifts from 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm and 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday. Qualifications

• Current California LVN license.
• American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Provider.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and care tasks, including emergency procedures and medication administration as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families and document patient interactions.
• Practice infection control and contribute to the team to ensure quality patient care within own scope of practice.
