Qualifications

• Current Vocational Nurse license in the State of Texas (or eligible transfer).
• CPR certification is current.
• New grads must pass NCLEX-PN on first attempt if no prior licensure.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, perform assessments, and monitor health conditions per care plans.
• Identify and report changes in patient conditions to support care goals.
• Prepare and operate equipment for procedures and treatments.
