Job summary

The Ranch at Dove Tree in Lubbock, Texas, is looking for a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LVN) for overnight shifts. Qualifications

• One or more years of nursing experience within a clinical area preferred.
• Ability to provide direct and individualized nursing care.
• Valid current LVN license from Texas or nurse compact state required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to an assigned group of clients under supervision.
• Assists in health and psychiatric teaching for client and family.
• Records medications accurately and communicates changes to R.N.

Skills

Knowledge of psychotropic medications

Clinical nursing experience

Ability to apply nursing standards

Education

Graduation from an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Program
