The successful candidate will hold a current Texas LPN license, have at least 1 year of hospital experience, BLS certification, and strong clinical and communication skills to deliver patient-centered care and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Perform patient assessments and document observations and interventions accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and report any changes.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times.
