Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in Texas.
• Minimum 1 year of hospital experience.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under supervision of RN or physician.
• Perform patient assessments and document observations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses and report changes.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
