Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under supervision of an RN or physician.
• Perform patient assessments and document observations and interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses and report changes to the RN or physician.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement care.
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards.
