We are looking for a caring and dependable Hospice Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and support families throughout the end-of-life experience.
In this role, you’ll work under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician and alongside an interdisciplinary hospice team. Your clinical skills, compassion, and ability to build meaningful connections will help ensure each patient receives individualized care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
This position includes home visits and travel throughout the hospice service area. Work hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays, and participation in the on-call rotation is required.
