Job summary

NurseCore in San Angelo seeks a compassionate Hospice RN/LVN to provide skilled home health care to patients and families in the San Angelo area. You will assess needs, manage symptoms, administer medications and treatments, and educate families while collaborating with the hospice team to promote comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN/LVN license in Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Hospice, home health, or palliative care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and symptom management.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Hospice Registered Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse in San Angelo and surrounding areas to provide skilled nursing care to patients and families in the home setting.
