Job summary
BrightStar Care in Humble, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver one-on-one home care to patients in Humble and nearby communities. You’ll work closely with physicians and our clinical team to assess conditions, administer medications, monitor progress, and educate families while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care.
Qualified candidates must hold an active Texas LVN license, current CPR/BLS, a valid Texas driver’s license, auto insurance, and have at least one
Qualifications
- Active Texas LVN license required.
- Current in-person CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid Texas driver’s license with active auto insurance.
- TB test or chest X‑ray within required timeframe.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health or clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care tailored to patients in their homes.
- Assess patient conditions and monitor progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and preventions.
- Communicate important clinical updates to the care team.
