BrightStar Care in Humble, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home, one-on-one nursing care to patients in Humble and surrounding communities. The LVN will assess conditions, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, and educate patients and families while coordinating with physicians and the clinical team to ensure continuity of care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification in person required.

Qualified candidates must possess an active Texas LVN license and current in-person CPR/BLS certification.
