Job summary

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a long-term care setting in Stockton, California. The role requires an active LPN license in the state, familiarity with Point Click Care charting, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

Experience in long-term care settings.
Proficiency with Point Click Care charting systems.
Active LVN/LPN license in the state of practice.
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
Nursing management experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Follow established charting procedures and incident reporting.
Follow procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
Document changes in patient conditions, including nutrition, infections, skin issues, and weight changes.
Utilize the Quality Life Manual to identify, place, and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
Document and notify departments of room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
Make rounds with physicians when necessary.
