Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a LVN Director of Wellness located in Shenandoah, TX. The LVN Director of Wellness will oversee the wellness department, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. Daily tasks include managing wellness programs, supervising nursing staff, conducting assessments, creating care plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to promote a holistic approach to resident care.

Qualifications

• Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
• Experience in wellness program management and nursing supervision
• Strong assessment and care planning skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing high-quality care to seniors
• Previous experience in senior living or a similar environment is preferred
• Nursing degree with experience in Healthcare Administration, and related field is a plus
