Wellnessmart is seeking an experienced LVN to join our dynamic healthcare team in West LA and Mid-Wilshire. The role involves injections, blood draws, TB testing, vaccinations, and coordinating care with physicians.

Qualifications

• Valid CA LVN license required.
• Blood draw/IV certification preferred and must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• BLS CPR for Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform TB skin tests and urine drug screens.
• Conduct physical exams and administer vaccinations.
• Process LiveScan Fingerprint Applications.
• Prepare lab orders and handle blood draws.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Assist clients with registration and POS payments.
• Communicate with care team and on-call physicians.
