Qualifications

• Valid CA LVN license
• Blood Draw/IV certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• BLS CPR for Healthcare Provider certification required at hire

Responsibilities

• Perform TB skin tests and urine drug screens
• Conduct physical exams
• Administer vaccinations
• Process LiveScan Fingerprint Applications
• Prepare lab orders and handle blood draws
• Conduct mask fits
• Greet clients warmly and assist with registrations
• Process payments using POS system
• Communicate with care team
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
