Wellnessmart is seeking an LVN to join our team across Thousand Oaks and Van Nuys offices. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, injections, blood draws, and collaboration with on-call physicians. Flexible day shifts and comprehensive benefits are highlighted.

Ideal candidates hold a CA LVN license with BLS CPR; CA Blood Draw/IV certification is preferred and must be obtained within 30 days of hire. On-site duties include TB testing, vaccinations, LiveScan, and general patient support.

Competenze

• Valid CA LVN License is required.
• CA Blood Draw/IV Certification preferred and must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• BLS CPR for Healthcare Provider certification is required.

• Perform TB skin tests and urine drug screens
• Conduct physical exams
