Job summary

Methodist Retirement Communities' Cornerstone in Texarkana is seeking a licensed LVN/LPN to direct and coordinate CNAs, perform daily nursing tasks, and administer medications for residents, delivering compassionate, efficient care.

Candidates should hold a Texas LVN/LPN license, with geriatric or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred; Cornerstone emphasizes person-centered care within a 5-star community.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited vocational school of nursing and hold a Texas LVN/LPN license.
• Experience in geriatric or medical/surgical nursing preferred.
• Ability to coordinate CNAs and deliver compassionate care.

We are currently seeking LVN's to:

• direct and coordinate activities of CNAs
• perform basic daily nursing functions
• issue proper medications

Qualifications Required Education/Certification/Licensure:

• Graduation from an accredited vocational school of nursing and current Texas or Texas compact LVN/LPN license required.

Training and Experience:

• Training or experience in geriatric, psychiatric or medical/surgical nursing desired.
