Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Vocational Nursing.
• Current California Vocational Nurse license required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association.
• IV certification preferred.
• supervisory experience preferred.
• Must meet employee health/immunization requirements.

Responsabilités

• Perform patient care functions as prescribed by provider.
• Assist medical personnel with procedures and exams.
• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions and notify provider as needed.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed.
• Maintain equipment and supplies and arrange repairs.
• Ensure aseptic technique and infection control.
• Monitor patient flow and direct personnel as needed.
• Document patient information and maintain confidentiality.
