Cantex is seeking an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and deliver patient care within licensed scope.

You will observe and document patient conditions, follow clinical policies, and administer treatments while coordinating with CNAs to maintain high patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observe, assess and report patient conditions and changes per policies and regulations.
• EMR documentation related to patient assessment and condition changes.

Responsibilities

• As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.
