Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services in El Paso, Texas is seeking an LVN Charge Nurse to lead the day-to-day nursing care and ensure the highest quality of service for our residents.

Requirements include a Nursing Degree or LVN program graduate, an active Texas LVN license, and at least one year of hospital or related health care experience. Key Qualifications:

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LVN in this state.
• One (1) year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be required by the Assistant Director and Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
