Job summary

Bonne Vie in Port Arthur, TX is seeking a dedicated LVN/LPN to join our skilled nursing team in a full‑time role. You will participate in and oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope, document EMR entries, and ensure plan of care adherence.

The candidate will observe patient conditions, report changes, administer medications as prescribed, and supervise CNA staff to maintain optimal well‑being. Graduation from an accredited Nursing School and an active LVN/LPN license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School is required.
• Valid LVN/LPN license (or equivalent) must be current.
• Experience with EMR documentation and patient care is expected.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care within LVN/LPN scope.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and document per policies and regs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document changes.
• Supervise CNA staff to ensure highest level of patient well‑being.

QualificationsResponsibilities:

• As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.
