Cantex-Continuing-Care-Network is seeking an LVN/LPN to provide comprehensive patient care under licensed supervision. You will observe and document patient conditions, participate in care planning, and ensure treatment administration while upholding nursing standards.

This role includes supervising CNA staff, direct patient care, and adherence to clinical policies. A nursing degree and valid LVN/LPN license are required, with weekend shifts included as part of the schedule.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license.
• Shift includes double weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 6am–10pm.

Responsabilidades

• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document per Cantex policies and state/federal regulations.
• EMR documentation related to patient assessment, evaluation, and changes of condition.
• Ensure implementation of care plans and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in assigning duties and supervise CNA staff to ensure high-quality care.
