In this role, you will work collaboratively with patients to determine their medical needs, develop the best course of action, and oversee their treatment plans, ensuring each client gets high-quality, individualized care.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable about healthcare practices, with the ability to coordinate multiple programs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Coordinator or similar preferred.
• Certification as a medical assistant preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and make sound decisions quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
