Shifts: AM 6am - 230pm, PM 2pm - 1030pm or NOC 10pm to 630am

Qualifications:
- Current and valid LVN license in the state of CA (Must be licensed for at LEAST 1 year)
- Driver’s License Identification
- BLS (American Heart Association only)
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to individuals within the facility.
- Assess and address the healthcare needs of patient's, including monitoring vital signs and conducting routine health checks.
- Administer medications as prescribed, adhering to established protocols and ensuring accurate documentation of dosage and frequency.
- Conduct health assessments to identify and address medical issues, collaborating with physicians as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent LVN experience
- BLS from the American Heart Association (the only one accepted)
- A valid California LVN license in good standing
- Must have up to date vaccinations with documented status; or willing to get a booster
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation to drive to work
