Qualifications
- Current and valid LVN license in the state of CA. (Must be licensed for at LEAST 1 year)
- Driver’s License or Passport Identification
- BLS (American Heart Association only)
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Able to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation to drive to work.
- Must have up to date vaccinations with documentation status or be willing to get a booster
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to individuals within a local facility.
- Assess and address the healthcare needs of paitent's, including monitoring vital signs and conducting routine health checks.
- Administer medications as prescribed, adhering to established protocols and ensuring accurate documentation of dosage and frequency.
- Conduct health assessments to identify and address medical issues, collaborating with physicians as needed.
