Job summary

Heritage Manor Care in Rancho San Diego is seeking LVNs to join our skilled nursing team and provide our guests with compassionate direct nursing care. You will supervise nursing assistants and help maintain a high standard of resident well-being.

We have both full-time and part-time opportunities. Responsibilities include completing charts, admitting/discharging residents, administering medications, rounds with physicians, and participating in care plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current California Nursing License.
• Background check required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
