Qualifications

• Current LVN license required.
• CPR certification required; 30 days to complete.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Review all new admissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Make rounds on residents daily.
• Coach/mentor licensed nurses under your charge.
• Plan and direct infection prevention and control program as per standards.
• Respond to call lights promptly and attend to resident needs.
• Ensure staffing schedules are prepared and posted.
