Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to, vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report patient status to the charge nurse and other healthcare professionals
• Perform various medical procedures, such as injections and blood draws, under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care
