Job summary

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team in Sunnyvale, CA. The LVN will provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with CNAs on the shift.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California LVN license.

Responsibilities

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team in Sunnyvale, CA. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Role: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Schedule: Full-Time, AM Shift
• Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)
