Job summary

Peninsula Post-Acute in Burlingame, CA is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time AM/PM/NOC position. You will provide direct nursing care per physician orders, monitor residents, and support rehabilitation goals in a post-acute setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of nursing care and resident progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families to support quality outcomes.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and infection prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
