The Village at Gleannloch Farms is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our skilled nursing team in Spring, Texas. This PRN position offers night, day, and evening shifts on a 10PM-6AM, 6AM-2PM, and 2PM-10PM schedule, with every-other weekend rotation.

You will provide compassionate care, monitor health changes, and collaborate with the care team to update personalized plans. A Texas LVN license is required; join us to enrich lives and grow professionally.

Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Skilled Nursing

• Schedule: PRN | Shifts: (10PM-6AM) (6AM-2PM) (2PM-10PM)
• Rotation: Every Other Weekend
• Starting Pay: From $27-$30/hour (based on experience and certifications)

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
• Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.
