Victorian Post-Acute in San Francisco, CA is seeking an on-call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our resident-centered team. This flexible role covers both weekday and weekend shifts with competitive pay and on-call scheduling.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, assist with admissions and discharges, supervise CNAs, and maintain accurate documentation.

Formación

• Current, active California LVN/LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN nursing program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing resident care needs.
