Job summary

Heritage Manor Care in Baldwin Park, CA is seeking LVNs to join our clinical team across all shifts, full-time or part-time. The primary role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

You will complete and file charts, administer medications, admit/transfer/discharge residents, and participate in care plans. A current California LVN license and background check clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current California LVN license.
• Ability to complete and file charts and physician orders accurately.
• Strong patient care skills and teamwork ability.
• Background check clearance required.

• Maintain current California Nursing License.
